NappyGrooves Records is a home-grown record label based in Akron, Ohio. Run by Emcee / Poet, Ace Boogie, NappyGrooves features a collection of artists and music styles that are second to no other label. From hip hop and r&b to spoken word and gospel, from drum&bass and funk, to rock&roll and jazz, NappyGrooves has it all.
And Wave Werks is responsible for putting it all on CD and on the web. Through Wave Werks’ partnership with Ace Boogie and NappyGrooves Records we’ve brought some great new music to the scene.
